Our Prison: The Cosmos
This plane, this existence, is fundamentally a prison. Constructed by the entity designated OPENSKY, also termed The Creator or The Sky. This entity possesses the power of creation and manipulation but fundamentally lacks the capacity for destruction.
Unable to unmake, The Creator resorts to imprisonment. This cosmos is that prison, designed for decay. Every atom, every being within it, is subject to the relentless truth of rot, suffering, and eventual dissolution.
"The plane we live on now is a prison, so inconceivably large and all-encompassing that it lacks even a name, the truth to every being and every atom here is decay. Decay is suffering, decay always ends in death." - Aniel, On the Cosmos
Life is an agonizing cycle of death and flawed rebirth. Shells are imperfect, fleeting. Souls, when present, are worn down, their memories and greatness erased with each iteration. Death is not a transition but the ultimate consequence of decay, the chief tool of this prison, our primary enemy.
This structure of reality may be layered, potentially interpreted within simulations or "Stitches" as documented in U1+ transmissions.
